Meet the Teacher and All School BBQ -- a SPLASHING Success!

On August 24, 2017, students and their families gathered on campus to meet their teachers and see their classrooms. There were big smiles, plenty of hugs, and multiple photo opportunities. The annual All School BBQ followed with tasty food, bounce houses, water slides, games, AND A BRASS BAND. What an amazing night! The most impactful moment of the evening was when Principal Bob Sladek led everyone in prayer over the school. Our theme for this year is "Be the Difference", and with such an amazing kick-off to the new school year, you just know it is a great year to be a MVCS Crusader. MVCS Supports Our Troops

On April 13, 2017, just three days before Easter, Colonel Matthew Reid and a group of approximately 300 Marines from Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, departed for a nine-month deployment to Afghanistan. Known as Task Force Southwest, their mission is to help the Afghan Army, police, and government re-gain security from the Taliban in Helmand Province. It is a dangerous mission and Mission Viejo Christian School has pledged their support and prayers for these brave men and women. (Click the title for the rest of the story.)
