Profile

Morgan Silva earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and her Elementary Teaching Credential from California State University, Fullerton, and her Clear Teaching Credential from the University of California, Riverside. She has a real passion for teaching junior high history and preparing students for their high school and college years. The 8th grade trip to Washington, D.C. area, Gettysburg, and New York City is an experience she enjoys each year, knowing it will provide memories that last her students' lifetimes.

Mrs. Silva has been married to her husband, Adam, for 10 years. She is also a proud full-time mom to her step-daughter, Lexi. Outside of school, Mrs. Silva loves to read, go on walks with her beagle, Lacy, take long drives with her husband in their classic Mustang, and go on trips to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania to visit her mom and younger brother.

Philippians 4:4-8 are Mrs. Silva’s favorite Bible verses. They give her strength and peace knowing that when you keep your eyes, mind, and heart on Christ, you never have to be anxious about anything.
