Tuition & Fees

$425 One-Time Fee

Option 1:      Required for Grades 6-8    |   Optional for Grade 5

MVCS will purchase a new Chromebook for your student. This fee covers:
 

• Cost of the Chromebook 
• Licensing fee
• IT support while at MVCS
• 3-year warranty
• Use of a loaner Chromebook should repair be needed

*This fee does not cover a replacement Chromebook beyond the warranty. MVCS safety protocols will be installed on each Chromebook while your student is at MVCS. Upon graduation or withdrawal, the purchased Chromebook is yours to keep.
 

Option 2:      Grade 5 only
Should you choose not to purchase a Chromebook through the school, a classroom Chromebook will be provided for your child's use on campus during the school day at no cost. Upon entering 6th grade, your student will be required to purchase an MVCS Chromebook at the current rate.

Sibling Discount: The eldest child of each family is considered the first child in the family. Additional siblings receive a 10% tuition discount.

MVC Church Member Discount: Once verified, a 10% discount will be given to active church members of Mission Viejo Christian Church (MVCC). Church membership verification will be required each year.

MVC Preschool: A 10% tuition discount is offered to MVC Preschool students when a sibling is enrolled at our MVCS San Doval Lane campus.

Pastoral Discount: Tuition discounts are offered for full-time Pastors, who are the primary income providers in their households. When applying, notify our Admissions Director of your Pastoral status.  A confirmation letter from your church will be required and verified each year. 

Active Military Personnel Discount: A discount is offered for families with a parent who is full-time active military personnel. When applying, notify our Admissions Director of your military status. Confirmation will be required and verified each year.

Should a family qualify for more than one discount, the greater discount will be given.

Automatic Re-Enrollment

• Automatic re-enrollment means there are no uncertainties about securing a spot for your child. Practically speaking, there are no forms to fill out and nothing for you to do to re-enroll. Along with many schools in the digital age, we have shifted to an opt-out rather than an opt-in.
   
• Not returning or unsure of your plans for the coming year? Notify Kristi Bell by email in the business office at kbell@mvcschool.org by Wednesday, January 15, 2025, for your re-enrollment fee not to be deducted.
   
• For each child re-enrolling, the $400 enrollment fee will be deducted from your FACTS account on Friday, January 24, 2025. As a reminder, your enrollment fee is non-refundable as it directs our staffing commitments for the upcoming year.
   
• If you have another child wanting to attend MVCS, our online application opens on December 2 and must be submitted by December 31 for Priority/Early Notification. With our strong enrollment, we anticipate most classes to be full again this year. Applications are also accepted year-round.

While MVCS greatly values the cultural exchange that an international student program can offer, our school seeks to cultivate a committed, long-term community with our families and does not provide short-term educational experiences.
