As she begins her 35th year of teaching, Kelly Reeder is excited to be teaching 5th grade at MVCS. She joined the school at its inception in 1993. She is a graduate of Vanguard University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

Mrs. Reeder and her family attend Saddleback Church. She has two favorite Bible verses. Romans 8:28 -- “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose” – it reminds her that God does work ALL things together for good. She also finds affirmation in Psalm 139 in regards to the birth and lives of her three children.

Speaking of her children, all three of her children live in New York.  And, she is expecting her first granddaughter this fall.  When she’s not teaching or visiting her children, Mrs. Reeder loves to read. (Of course, Mrs. Reeder is a READER!) She also loves to hike with her husband, travel with friends, and do anything involving arts and crafts.
